SHIPPING POLICY

This website is operated by Aroma Sample LLC, doing business as DAINA RITUALS. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DAINA RITUALS.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.

- Standard Shipping: calculated at checkout
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at hello@dainarituals.com and we will help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dainarituals.com with your order number and a photo — we will make it right. See our Return Policy for details.
